Brian was born and raised in Wheatland, Wyoming and received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming. Brian received his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2011 and joined the firm that same year. Prior to attending law school, Brian owned an outfitting/guiding business in Wheatland, Wyoming.

Brian has a general litigation practice representing clients in real estate transactions, property disputes, local government, estate planning, trusts and probate, family law, natural resource law, corporate transactions and business organization, personal injury, and employment law. Brian is licensed to practice law in Wyoming and Colorado and is currently serving as the President of the Platte County Bar Association.
